College of Arts and Sciences - SSU

The Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Salem State University requested a new look that would represent the college and its 20 disciplines. They wanted to make use of imagery and ensure that every single major was represented in a way that didn't favor one particular part of it. Although it was an extremely collaborative effort with 12 other artists, my take on this challenge was to lean into abstraction and let those who are part of the college decide what it is that represents them.
